Youth
Hunting
Hi Youth and Parents
I'm Mark Kent, a hunter, an outdoorsman, a family man, and
a Christian. My top priorities in life are my wonderful wife,
my four great children, and my perfect Savior. Falling in
line there after are my passion for hunting and being in
the great
outdoors.
I've
enjoyed hunting as far back as I can remember. White tail
deer hunts with my dad in Mississippi, turkey hunts
on my grandads farm, duck hunts in the Mississippi Delta,
and squirrel hunts in the backyard. Now it's Big Game in
Colorado!!
The hunting memories I have, and am in the process of experiencing,
continue to shape my conservative natural lifestyle.
In addition to enjoying my own outings, I thoroughly enjoy
the excitement, energy, and fulfillment of watching our youth
carry on what our forefathers saw as life, their sustenance.
Unfortunately
what I see is that "the busy life of
most Americans " is robbing us of life itself. We need
to slow down, relax and enjoy what our Creator has gifted
us with. OK, Mom and Dad here's the plan, lets get the kids
and ourselves back outside. They like it, you like it, so
let's get together and go hunting!! But, you don't know how
to teach your children, or you don't have land for them to
hunt on, or a weapon for them to use, or ____, and the list
goes on. We have ALL you need! We can help you get hunters
safety education, we have lots of equipment, a camphouse,
volunteer guides, wonderful landowners that give our youth
PRIVATE land to hunt on, and an outfitter that lets us use
his facilities for FREE! You supply the desire to hunt, and
we'll help you with all the rest.
One of my hunting pards, Patrick Faast, owner of Pack String
Ranch Outfitters, understands how important it is for the
future of hunting in America to have
our youth involved in the sport. He has
handed me the reins
to do
all
we
can to get
youth involved in hunting. Our focus is to reach out to
youth that are not currently involved in hunting and fishing.
We hope to be leaders in our industry insuring the future
of hunting for the next generation.
What
I need from you is a phone call or an e-mail. You can call
me direct at 719-332-7720 or go to the Contact
Us page
and send us an e-mail. I consider it an honor to lead some
of the youth of today's world, in a hunting experience
that will last a lifetime!
Sincerely, Mark Kent
Note from Patrick at PSRO
Mark is completing the Colorado Department of Wildlife's Master
Hunter Program. This involves lots of training, oversight, and a background
check to insure child safety. Mark is a top notch hunter and guide and
deserves his nick name "Superman".
